Staying at this hotel was a mix of luxury and disappointment. The rooms were clean and modern, and I enjoyed the great dining options, but the overall service left a lot to be desired. The pool lacked finesse, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, it's a place I might consider again, but I didn't find it to be a great value for the cost.

I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious feel of this hotel, especially my suite with stunning views of both the water and mountains. The only downside was the noise from nearby construction, which made it hard to enjoy the balcony. I really appreciated the high-end toiletries and the comfortable bed. However, the executive lounge needs a major update, and charging for water bottles in an executive suite feels a bit off. Overall, it was a lovely stay with nice staff.
